Santorini Princess Spa is located about 1.5 kilometers (roughly 1 mile) from the heart of the traditional village of Imerovigli. You can also reach Imerovigli on foot by following the renowned path from Fira to Oia, which offers stunning views of the sea, caldera cliffs, and the volcano.

Yes, Santorini Princess Spa is accessible by local transportation. From Fira, the island's capital, you can take the bus to Oia and get off at the “Iris” stop, which is the closest to our hotel. The Fira bus station provides regular service to various locations across the island, including Imerovigli, where the hotel is situated. From the “Iris” stop, it’s just a short walk to the hotel. For added convenience, we also recommend booking a transfer directly with us.

Unfortunately, our hotel is not fully wheelchair accessible; however, some ground-level rooms are accessible with just two steps. We strongly recommend contacting our reservations team if wheelchair accessibility is needed, and we will do our best to assist.

At Santorini Princess Spa, the number of steps required to access a room varies depending on the room type and location. The minimum number would be 2 steps, but some rooms may have more steps, up to 25, based on their positioning within the hotel.

We welcome children aged 14 and above to our hotel. For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children under 14, as the property is located directly beside the caldera cliffs.

As a small boutique hotel dedicated to offering a peaceful and relaxing environment for our guests, we limit group bookings to a maximum of 5 rooms with the same arrival and departure dates.
